I’m a psychologist based on the Central Coast providing counselling for adults who want ADHD support, trauma counselling, and practical help with life’s challenges. Sessions are available online via secure telehealth, so you can fit therapy into your life, wherever you are in Australia.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I bring genuine curiosity, a sense of humour, and no judgement so you can feel safe, seen, and understood.

  • Process painful or traumatic experiences in a structured way — with EMDR therapy when it’s the right fit for you.
