ADHD Skills Group
You don’t need another system
You need a way to start.
If you have ADHD (or think you might), you probably already know what needs to be done.
The problem usually isn’t knowledge.
It’s getting started, keeping the momentum going, and restarting when you get off track or take a break.
This might feel familiar
You know what needs to be done, but you can’t get started
Small tasks (emails, paperwork, life admin) pile up quickly
You get overwhelmed and shut down or avoid things
You’ve tried to “get organised” before, but nothing sticks
You swing between coping well and not coping at all
You’re hard on yourself about it
Many adults with ADHD feel constantly behind
The challenge isn’t knowing what to do.
Ot’s the overwhem, the pressure, and the feeling that there’s never enough time or energy.
This group is here to help you take small, manageble steps with support, body doubling, and practical tools that actually wotk for ADHD brains.
Monthly Themes
Each month we focus on a simple, practical theme designed to reduce overwhelm and build momentum.
Smail daily tasks
Tasks take around 5-10 minutes abd are realistic for ADHD brains
Private group space
Share progress, blody double, ask questions or celebrate wins but only if you want to,
What people often notice over time
It becomes easier to start small tasks
Backlogs begin to reduce
Everyday tasks feel more manageable
Less avoidance and shutdown
More consistency, even when motivation is low
A shift from “I can’t do this” to “I can start somewhere”
Less self-criticism, more realistic expectations
Recent monthly themes
Declutter 7 things
Clear small clutter to create space
Repair + Release
Repair one thing and release one thing
Paperwork Reset
Tackle paperwork in simple steps
New themes each month
What this group is (and what it’s not)
This is a practical, ADHD-informed group focused on doing, not just learning.
Instead of watching videos or working through worksheets, you’ll focus on small, real-life tasks that help you:
get started
build momentum
reduce backlog
feel more in control of day-to-day life
This is a skills and support group, not therapy.
We don’t do deep therapeutic work or individual counselling in this space.
If you need that level of support, individual therapy may be more appropriate and can sit alongside the group.
How it works
Ongoing monthly membership
10 minutes a day (or less)
Delivered via a private messaging group
Share progress, wins, challenges (only if you want to)
First names or pseudonyms only
There’s no pressure to keep up or do everything.
This is about starting where you are, and taking small steps forward.

Why this works differently
Most ADHD programs focus on teaching strategies through videos, workbooks and practice sheets.
But knowing what to do isn’t the problem.
This group focuses on helping you actually do it, in small, manageable steps, with support and accountability.
